With the release of 1.3.2, blocking someone is easy. All you need to do is go to the user's profile and press the [Block] button located in the upper right corner (see BlockButton.png). To remove the User Block, go to the user's profile and press the [Unblock] button located in the upper right corner.
Note: The Block Button prevents the blocked user from liking, commenting, or tagging your videos and will receive a blocked user notice when attempting any of those actions (see block_notice.png for example). The blocked user can still view your profile and videos.
